Dilek Ayhan is the Norwegian Deputy Minister of Trade, Fisheries and Industry. She is one of the co-founders and former Managing Director of the company Alagra. Ms. Ayhan is educated as an engineer at Oslo University College. In 2012, Ms. Ayhan received the OXLO award for her efforts to strengthen multicultural youth's place in Norwegian society and industry.
Ola Nicolai Borge is KPMG’s Executive Director in Myanmar and a Norwegian lawyer with more than 15 years of experience from Norway, New York and Southeast Asia. He has worked on Myanmar projects over the last four years. His portfolio consists of multinationals incl. larger investments in the oil & gas sector, power sector and the consumer goods sector.
Vicky Bowman is the Director of Myanmar Centre for Responsible Business. She previously led global mining company Rio Tinto's policy approach to transparency, human rights and resource nationalism/resource curse issues. Ms. Bowman served as UK's Ambassador to Myanmar from 2002 to 2006. Ms. Bowman speaks Burmese and is married to Myanmar artist Htein Lin.

Dr. Per Christer Lund, Principal Consultant at DNV GL Clean Technology Centre in Singapore, has more than 20 years global experience in the energy industry and research. His experience and expertise covers nuclear energy, electricity trading and market, energy market design and most recently government relations from eight years at the Norwegian embassy in Tokyo.
Allison Morris leads the Executive Search practice at West Indochina, a Yangon-based business advisory firm that has been operating in Myanmar since 2006. West Indochina's Executive Search focuses on helping clients identify and attract senior executives for their Myanmar operations. Ms. Morris is also the Co-Founder of Project Hub Yangon, Myanmar's first business incubator.
Ann Ollestad is Norway's Ambassador to Myanmar. Prior to her posting in Yangon, Ms. Ollestad was Special Advisor to Energy+, an International Energy and Climate initiative with a special focus on Asia and the private sector. Ms. Ollestad was Norway's Ambassador to India and Bhutan from 2007 to 2011 and has prior to this held various positions at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Dr. Jean Pierre Verbiest is currently a principal for the Asian Development Bank Institute in Tokyo. He co-authored the Myanmar part of the “ASEAN 2030: Growing Together For Economic Prosperity” study in 2011. His principal research interests are macroeconomic policies in East Asian countries and regional economic and financial cooperation and integration in Asia.
Andrew Westwood is a Senior Vice President of DNV-GL, the world’s largest ship and offshore classification society, the leading technical advisor to the oil and gas industry and the leading expert for the energy value chain including renewables and energy efficiency. Mr. Westwood spent 15 years at sea before moving into the offshore industry and onto DNV where he has been for 23 years.
