Audry (Hong) Li is a senior partner of Zhong Lun Law Firm and co-heads of the firm’s M&A practice group. She sits on the panel of arbitrators at China International Economic & Trade Arbitration Commission, Shanghai International Arbitration Centre and Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration.
Audry is among the earliest group of lawyers focusing practice on foreign commercial matters in China. She earns her reputation in the market for effectively advising multinational companies on complex cross boarder M&A, direct investment and restructuring projects. Over the years Audry has constantly been rated as a leading lawyer in Corporate/M&A in China by numerous world-leading legal media including Chambers & Partners and Legal 500. She was a “Top Woman Lawyer in Shanghai” recognised by Shanghai Bar Association in 2011 and a “Top 15 Woman Lawyer in China” by Asia Legal Business in 2012.
Audry is a Global Adjunct Professor of New York University Law School Studying Abroad Law Program and a fellow of Young Leaders Forum of National Committee on US-China Relations and Asia 21 Young Leader of Asia Society. Audry co-authored the Guide to Mergers & Acquisitions in China for Foreign Investors on behalf of China Ministry of Commerce as a 2015 Sino–Germany governmental project.
