Egil Hogna is Senior VP Head of Downstream at Yara. Yara delivers solutions for sustainable agriculture and the environment. Before joining Norsk Hydro, Mr. Hogna was a consultant with McKinsey, 1994–99. He holds an M.Sc in Industrial Management from the Norwegian Institute of Technology (NTH) and an MBA from INSEAD.
